Aviation Medicine
We are board certified aerospace medicine specialists and former military flight surgeons.
As Senior FAA Aviation Medical Examiners, we provide decades of experience in all classes of FAA medical examinations, complex special issuance cases, HIMS, and fitness for duty evaluations.
We have worked in the FAA, at the University of Texas, in the military, and as Aviation Medical Examiners. We offer fair prices and no case is too difficult!
1st, 2nd, 3rd class FAA Exams: $185.00
ECG (if required): $75.00
Waggoner Color Vision Test*: $25
AASI: $100 each
CACI: $75 each

* As of January 1, 2025, the FAA now requires color vision testing for all first-time 1st Class applicants.
Dive Medicine
We understand your needs. We are PADI scuba instructors and have experience as Public Safety Divers.
We are certified to perform diving physical examinations and treat diving medical issues by the Diving Medical Advisory Committee (DMAC) and the European Diving Technology Committee. We are active members of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society.
AAUS and RSTC diving exams: $185.00
ADCI diving exams: $325.00
Labs and X-rays if required are performed by external providers for an additional fee.
Marine Medicine
As board certified occupational medicine physicians, we can perform examinations for the US Coast Guard Captains’ License (Merchant Mariner Credential). We can provide consultations on complex medical conditions.
USCG exam: $275.00
Cancellation Policy
We charge $75 (plus any applicable CC processing fees) for no-shows and appointments that are cancelled within 72 hours of your appointment time. This ensures that we can maintain availability for airmen who need these appointments.
